We call our method of teaching Kenpo - FILKENJUTSU. Founded by Bruce Corrigan, FILKENJUTSU is an acronym created from the names of the major Martial Arts concepts that are integrated into our Kenpo system - specifically;  FILipino Arts, KENpo Karate arts, and JUdo/Jiu JiTSU.

First Step:

The first step to enroll in any of the classes offered at Progressive Martial Arts Academy is to take your intro lesson. The intro is a free one-on-one lesson with an instructor. Regardless of your experience level, this will help us introduce our academy to you on a personal level before you make a commitment to join one of our programs.
